We are hiring a full-time carpenter to join the growing team at Hausmark Builders, a high-end residential builder focused on elevated coastal homes and luxury new construction. This is an opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed custom and spec homes with a steady pipeline of projects, full-time work, and long-term growth potential.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of building exceptional homes — not repetitive production work.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough framing and structural carpentry
• Install windows, doors, trim, baseboards, cabinetry, and finish details
• Assist with punch work and final project detailing
• Read plans and execute work accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Coordinate with other trades to keep projects moving efficiently
• Experience with tile, bathrooms, drywall, or other trades is a strong plus

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Carpentry experience preferred (rough or finish)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time on-site
• Pride in quality workmanship and professional execution
